These are candidates, not a customs ruling or guaranteed code. Review the official HTS, chapter notes, CBP rulings, origin treatment, and other applicable measures before filing. Internal scores only rank candidates within one row; they are not probabilities.
For each valid product: HTS-10, HS-6, hierarchical official description, units, general/special/other duty columns, matched terms, and a direct USITC link.
Deterministic flags identify short descriptions, part-number-only inputs, close-ranked candidates and missing material, use, composition, dimensions, power or construction details.
Preflight happens in your browser. Processing uses small memory-only batches. The enriched CSV is assembled and downloaded locally; we do not store your uploaded file or send its contents to Stripe or analytics.
Built for importers, customs brokers and catalog teams who need a first-pass review of many product descriptions. It helps prioritize which items need more facts or expert review; it does not replace a broker or assign a filing-ready code.
For a handful of products, start with the free HS lookup. For up to 100 rows, the free Bulk Lookup may be enough. Use this paid pass when you need the enriched CSV and row-by-row review flags for a larger catalog.
Use a comma-separated UTF-8 CSV up to 2 MB with 1–1,000 rows. Required columns: item_id and description. Optional: material, use, composition, model, specifications. IDs must be unique; descriptions should include material, function and key technical facts when known.
Preview the deliverable before paying: the full export adds three HTS-10 candidates per valid row, published duty columns, review flags and source links. This abbreviated sample shows the CSV format; candidate coverage depends on your descriptions.

After checkout, select the CSV again: the browser does not retain or store it across the payment redirect. If checkout is temporarily closed because the current HTS revision cannot be verified, no charge is created. The free 100-row Bulk Lookup remains available.
No binding customs decision, legal opinion, Section 301/232 analysis, antidumping or countervailing duty review, admissibility check, landed-cost calculation, or human review. Published general and special duty columns do not by themselves determine the duty on a shipment.
The prepared dataset is 2026 HTS Revision 20, published September 28, 2026, from USITC. The exact revision, source hash and generation time appear in the export. Checkout is disabled by the server if it cannot verify that this remains the latest published revision.
It receives no_useful_match or invalid_row; it is never silently assigned the first tariff record. You can fix the description and rerun during the pass. A pass lasts 24 hours from verified payment, not from each visit.
